The draw date is shown at the top of this page (countdown). The draw is streamed live on the day — a link will be posted a few minutes before it starts.
How am I notified if I win?
You receive an email immediately after the draw with your winning ticket number and how to claim the prize. The result is also shown publicly on this page once the draw is complete.
How is the prize delivered?
The prize is delivered free of charge to the address on your profile, or handed over in person depending on the item. Our team contacts you within 48 hours of the draw to arrange the details.
What happens if the competition is cancelled?
If the minimum number of tickets sold is not reached by the draw date, the competition is cancelled automatically and every participant is refunded in full — no action is required on your part.
Why is there a question before the purchase?
